Return Policy

If you wish to exchange or return a product you purchased, you have 15 days from the date of shipment of your order to do so.

For products ordered through the e-shop, exchanges and returns can be made exclusively through the e-shop, according to our policy detailed below.

All our products undergo a quality check before shipment. Therefore, they must be returned in exactly the same condition you received them, with their complete packaging. Any indication that the product has been used nullifies the possibility of an exchange.

Exchanges are not accepted for products on sale.

The applicable exchange fee is €2.50 per shipment.

Product exchanges are done "hand to hand." You inform us by phone or email about the product(s) you want to return and which one(s) you want as replacements. Subsequently, we will resend the parcel with the selected products to your door via courier. You simply hand over the old parcel to the delivery person and receive the new one.

Defective Product:

In the case of a defective product, you should contact us immediately in the indicated manner so that we can address the issue and proceed - as appropriate - either with the repair of the product, its replacement, or the return of your money.

Refunds, in any case, will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase. An exception is if you paid by cash on delivery, in which case the total amount will be refunded by deposit into a bank account you designate.
